You can pay for your course by cash, cheque , credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard) or money order. Only by paying the course fee can your enrollment be guaranteed. If required we can arrange for you to pay your fee in interest-free installments. Please ask our staff about this option.
Once you have paid for a course, you will be issued with a confirmation letter/receipt and any relevant course handouts, either over the counter or by post. Your enrollment is not confirmed in the course until your payment is received in full. We will contact you again only if your class is cancelled.
We aim to keep our courses as affordable as possible. The minimum number of enrollments to cover costs is all that is required for most courses to run. Insufficient enrollments may mean that a course is cancelled. If so, we will notify you prior to the course commencement date.
If you wish to cancel an enrollment please notify us no later than five working days prior to your course commencement date. We will then refund your course fee less a $50 administration levy. If you withdraw from a course after this deadline a refund will not be paid. TCA does not accept responsibility for changes in your personal circumstances.
We will refund your money in full if we cancel a course or if the course fills before we receive or process your enrollment. You may transfer course fees to another course or hold fees in credit for an up-coming course.
Please advise us in advance if you have a disability so that we may assist.
Statements of Attendance are issued only upon request and where a minimum attendance of 80% can be confirmed. See reception staff to arrange for a Statement of Attendance if you require one.
The course fees cover the cost of tuition and administration. You may be required to purchase additional materials, ingredients or equipment for some courses. You will be advised at time of enrolment if this is the case.
